COFES Russia Seminar Agenda

Today the agenda of the COFES Russia Seminar to be held in Moscow on 21 September was announced at isiscad.net. This one day seminar is jointly organized by Cyon Research and LEDAS and will be part of the 4th International isicad forum, a bi-annual event organized by LEDAS.

The seminar will have six COFES-style working groups an hour and a half long each. These will begin with a presentation which will be followed by a group discussion. I have been asked to present at the working group on “Direct Modeling as a Basis of Future Intelligent CAD“.

While in Russia, I will also be visiting Autodesk Russia and ASCON in Moscow and LEDAS in Novosibirsk. This is going to be my first visit to Russia, a country that shares extremely strong and long standing bilateral ties with my country. I eagerly look forward to this trip.
